We build the programme around the client’s handover date, then work backwards through procurement, mobilisation and each trade. You get the schedule before work starts and a progress update against it throughout.
Yes. Much of our school, mosque and mall work happens while the building is in use. We phase the programme, isolate the work area and schedule noisy activities around your operating hours.
Payment terms are agreed in the contract before mobilisation, normally against measured progress or agreed milestones. Every application is backed by a measurement you can check.
